Wangsa Group has achieved a remarkable mileage since its business inception into property development industry in 2009.

Wangsa Group has delivered 4 projects worth more than RM 300 million in Gross Development Value.

The first, Sinar Damansara Technology Park located in Selangor Science Park I @ Kota Damansara, Selangor, was delivered in 2012. It is a 6-acre light industrial park featuring 18 units of 3-storey Semi-Detached Factory and a Detached Factory. The RM70.0 million project was completed a year ahead of its schedule.

Unique features are 3 floor levels fully-built, column-free internally, cargo lift-equipped to provide smooth vertical accessible to all levels and multi-functional.

Sinar Puchong Technology Park, is the second to be delivered. The 5.9-acre freehold light industrial park with 16 units of 3.5-storey Semi-Detached Factory and a Detached Factory, located in Taman Perindustrian Puchong in Bandar Puchong, Selangor, was delivered in 2014. The factories shared similar features of its 1st project with the addition of a corporate office at the highest level.

The third is Sinar Samudra Residence, a guarded community with perimeter fencing located only 500 m from GIANT Hypermarket Batu Caves. 56 units of 2.5 and 3-storey link homes in Phase 1 have been delivered to home owners in May 2014. 6 units of 3-storey link home with land size of 22’ x 105’ were also developed under the Phase 2 planning. The super-links were developed under “Built-then-Sell” concept and were completed in February 2015 and are now open for sale.

In 2012, Wangsa Group launched its first commercial project, the Sinar Sentul Commercial Boulevard. The boulevard comprises 18 units of 3-storey shop-office and a unit of 4-storey shop-office. It is situated in the vibrant district of Sentul, Kuala Lumpur. The boulevard was completed in May 2015.

The successes of Sinar Damansara and Sinar Puchong has spurred Wangsa Group into developing its 3rd industrial park, the Sinar Meranti Technology Park in Puchong South.

The freehold development is located off LDP and bordering Cyberjaya and Putrajaya. Sinar Meranti enjoy excellent accessibility via LDP and links to SKVE, MEX, Elite and NSE to provide a seamless connectivity to all major destinations.

A total of 28 units of 3-storey Semi-Detached Factory will be built on a 10-acre land generating an estimated GDV of RM105.0 million.

The factories are designed for space optimization as all floor levels will be fully built, suitable for production house, service centre, distributors, showroom, stockist, warehouse and office.

In moving forward, Wangsa Group will continue to develop fast turn around project at strategic location to meet the ever demanding buyer’s expectation.
