Wangsa Group began its business into property development in 2009. Since then, it has delivered 3 projects worth RM237.38 million in Gross Development Value.

The first project, Sinar Damansara Technology Park, was deliered in 2012. It is a 6-acre light industrial park featuring 18 units of 3-storey Semi-Detached Factory and a Detached Factory located in Kota Damansara. The RM70.0 million project was completed a year ahead of its schedule.

Sinar Puchong Technology Park, is the second to be delivered. The 5.9-acre freehold light industrial park with 16 units of 3.5-storey Semi-Detached Factory located in Puchong was delivered in 2014.

The third is Sinar Samudra Residence, a guarded community with perimeter fencing located behind GIANT Hypermarket Batu Caves. 56 units of 2.5 and 3-storey link homes in Phase 1 have been delivered to home owners in May 2014.

Wangsa Group is schedule to deliver 2 projects worth RM67.1 million in the first half of 2015.

The construction work of Sinar Sentul Commercial Centre, a freehold commercial project in Sentul comprising 19 units of shop-office, has reached 90% completion.

Wangsa Group is also completing the Phase 2 development of Sinar Samudra Residence comprising 6 units of 3-storey Super-link Home.

The super-links offer superb land size of 22’x105’ with total built-up area of 4,335 sq. ft. each.

The successes of Sinar Damansara and Sinar Puchong has spurs Wangsa Group into developing its 3rd industrial park – the Sinar Meranti Technology Park in Puchong South.

The freehold development is located off LDP and nestled between Puchong, Cyberjaya and Putrajaya providing it an excellent accessibility and seamless connectivity to all major destinations.

A total of 28 units of 3-storey Semi-Detached Factory will be built on the 10-acre land generating an estimated GDV of RM105.0 million.

The factory are designed to provide flexibility of use which is suitable for production house, service centre, distributors, showroom, warehouse and office.

In moving forward, Wangsa Group will continue to develop niche property project at strategic location to meet the market demand.
