The¬†RM70 million project was completed one year ahead of schedule.
Since then, Wangsa Group has launched 3 projects worth more than¬†RM200 million¬†in gross development value (GDV) namely¬†Sinar Puchong Technology Park¬†in 2011,¬†Sinar Sentul Commercial Centre¬†in 2012 and Sinar Samudra Residences¬†in 2013.
Sinar Puchong is a 6-acre Freehold Light Industrial Park located adjacent to Bandar Puteri Puchong.
It features 16 units of modern and practical 3.5 storey Semi-Detached Corporate Factory and a detached factory. All units sold.
Sinar Samudra located in Taman Samudra behind GIANT Hypermarket Batu Caves, is a 5-acre premium housing project comprises 62 units of 2.5 and 3 storey link houses.

Sinar Puchong and Sinar Samudra are nearing completion.
The Construction work of Sinar Sentul Commercial Centre, meanwhile, is reaching 50%.

In moving forward into year 2014, WG will launch its 3rd industrial park, Sinar Puchong 2, a 10-acre freehold light and medium industrial park in Puchong South, Cyberjaya.

Datuk Steven Lee's involvement in the industry dates back to early 1990s.
One of his signature project then is the¬†Selayang Mall Shopping Centre¬†that has remained a top retail destination in the northern Kuala Lumpur since its opening for business operation in 1995.
In 1998, via a corporate exercise involving the shopping mall, he was appointed the Executive Director of¬†SEAL Inc Berhad, a company listed in BURSA Malaysia.
In 2005, he joined¬†Magna Prima Berhad, a property developer listed in BURSA Malaysia.
As the Group Managing Director of Magna Prima Berhad, he has successfully led the company in developing new projects worth more than RM1.5 billion in GDV.
Notable projects includes the Metro Prima Township in Kepong, the award winning The AVARE Condominium @ KLCC, Dataran Otomobil Township in Section 15, Shah Alam, the largest business centre in Shah Alam, Magna Ville Condominium in Selayang and U1 Condominium in in Section U1, Shah Alam.
