In 2012, Wangsa Group delivered its maiden project, the¬†Sinar Damansara Technology Park, a light industrial park featuring 18 units of 3-storey Semi-Detached Factory and a Detached Factory in Kota Damansara.
Certificate of Completion and Compliance was issued on 16 May 2012. The¬†RM70.0 million project¬†was completed a year ahead of schedule.
The second project delivered is Sinar Puchong Technology Park,¬†a 5.9-acres freehold light industrial park with 16 units of 3.5-storey Semi-Detached Factory and a unit of Detached Factory following the issuance of¬†Certificate of Completion and Compliance on 06 May 2014. It was completed 6 months ahead of schedule.
Within a very short period apart, Wangsa Group delivered its 3rd project, the Sinar Samudra Residence, when Certificate of Completion and Compliance was issued on 12 May 2014.
Sinar Samudra located behind GIANT Hypermarket Batu Caves is a 5-acre premium landed residences comprises 62 units of 2.5 and 3-storey link houses was completed 8 months ahead of schedule.

Wangsa Group will soon complete its 4th project. Sinar Sentul Commercial Centre, a freehold commercial development in Sentul is expecting completion in Q4, 2014.

In 1998, via a corporate exercise involving the shopping mall, he was appointed the Executive Director of¬†SEAL Inc Berhad, a company listed in BURSA Malaysia.
In 2005, he joined¬†Magna Prima Berhad, a property developer listed in BURSA Malaysia.
As the Group Managing Director of Magna Prima Berhad, he has successfully led the company in developing new projects worth more than RM1.5 billion in GDV.
